Leeco Water Technologies is a Tennessee corporation founded by Lee Lemmonds in 1993.  Mr. Lemmonds has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and has worked for Allied Chemical and DuPont in the past.  In 1986, he started the water treatment division for a Nashville based HVAC service company and in 1993 opened Leeco Water Technologies.
